       Check –in / Check out

    • Check out time is 8.00 AM and Check-in 9.00 AM. Early check in and late check-out is subject to availability of rooms. Any late check out beyond 2.00 pm will be charged one extra night’s room rate.
    • Rooms for day use will be charged @ 40% of the published Tariff, subject to availability.

    Child Policy :

      • Children below 5 Yrs. Will be complimentary without any extra bed.
      • Children between 5 – 12 Yrs. With extra bed will be charged as per extra adult.

    • Daily Govt. Bus Service available from early morning 4.00 AM to 12.30 PM and return trip available from 5.30 AM to 2.00 PM.
    • Pvt. Bus service available between 4.30 AM and 11.00 AM from Port Blair and return trip available from 7.00 AM to 12.30 PM.

    One night stay in Port Blair is mandatory before departure from Andaman Islands by flight as the first convoy from Baratang to cross the Jarawa reserve area starts only at 6.30 AM and will reach Port Blair only by 9.30 AM.

     
     
     
       Terms & Condition
    1. All Reservation will be confirmed on 100%  advance payment.
    2. No refund would be allowed in any case on account of break down of electricity, failure of AC/ Geyser etc. during their stay in the Room.
    3. Once the entry for booking of rooms made in the Booking register and the guest checks-in, no refund would be allowed in case the guest decides not to use the room on any account whatsoever.
    4. The Refund on cancellation would be as under.
       (a)  For cancellation before 30 days - 75% of advance amount.
       (b)  Between 7 days& 29 days before Check-in - 50% of advance amount.
       (c)  upto 6 days before check-in - NO REFUND
     
    The management reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Guest is found to be performing any acts in violation of the rules and conditions of the Resort.
